A30 to Launceston

Stay on A30 past Launceston for approx 1 mile & take ‘Kennards
House’ exit signposted A395 to North Cornwall

Follow A395 for approx 10 miles to a T junction onto the A39, Bude
– Camelford road

Turn left onto A39 signposted Camelford
Take next right (approx 1 mile) signposted ‘Delabole’ onto the B3314

Continue on this road (across staggered crossroads) through
‘Delabole, Pendoggett & St. Endellion’ (approx 6 miles)

Approx. 1 mile after St. Endellion turn right to POLZEATH.

Straight across staggered crossroads. Continue towards Polzeath.
Stay on this road until you see left hand turn with brown sign to
Roserrow Golf Club. Turn immediately right opposite this turning into
the farm centre.

How to find Carruan (PL27 6QU) from Wadebridge

From Bodmin direction take 1st exit off large Wadebridge
roundabout towards Wadebridge town centre.

From Truro direction take 3rd exit off large Wadebridge roundabout
towards Wadebridge town centre

After 200m turn right at mini-roundabout towards ‘Polzeath’, Port
Isaac & Delabole’

Follow this road for approx. 4 miles until main road veers sharply to
the right or you can go straight ahead signposted to Polzeath – go
straight on to ‘Polzeath’

Continue towards Polzeath. Stay on this road until you see left hand
turn with brown sign to Roserrow Golf Club. Turn immediately right
opposite this turning into the farm centre.
